We invite you to experience our 8 different luxurious massage techniques:
Swedish Massage The term "Swedish Massage" refers to a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. Swedish massage was developed in the 1700's by a Swedish doctor named Per Henrik Ling.
Deep Tissue These techniques are generally designed for more focused massage work. Working a specific joint, muscle or muscle group, the practitioner can access deeper layers of the soft tissue. Starting superficially and easing into the depth of the muscle slowly often allows more movement. This is the recommended approach in this modality since each person experiences pressure differently.

Reflexology An ancient therapy known to promote the body's own healing powers. It is suitable for any age groups, from babies to seniors. Reflexology is more than a foot massage, it's a natural healing therapy which is highly effective in dealing with many complaints. Reflexology promotes relaxation and well being.
Prenatal This massage is a form of therapeutic bodywork performed by a licensed specialist, that is tailored to meet the unique needs of the pregnant woman. Promoting better function of muscles and joints, prenatal massage also helps to improve circulation and overall body tone. Additionally, prenatal masage decreases mental and physical fatigue and helps restore balance.
Signature A customized specialty treatment based on a unique combination of therapies that you choose. Enjoy the therapy benefits of Swedish, Reflexology, and Shiatsu massage techniques tailored to your needs and wishes.
Shiatsu Also sometimes referred to as acupressure, is a form of Japanese massage or bodywork that originated in Japan. Literally translated "shiatsu" means finger pressure. In shiatsu the fingers, thumbs, elbows, and knees are used to stimulate and manipulate the flow of Qi or energy in the body to prevent and treat conditions such as insomnia or shoulder pain.
Scalp As the scalp is massaged, pressure is applied on nerve endings that are associated with acupressure points, and this pressure on the nerve endings releases endorphins that help relieve stress and increase pleasure. Massage helps maintain a healthy scalp. It enhances blood flow to the tissues, which may aid in the delivery of nutrients and oxygen to the hair follicle.
Chair Chair Massage (Work-Site/On-Site Massage): This method is administered while the client is clothed and seated in a specially designed chair. Therapists generally massage the neck, shoulders and back. Chair therapy promotes better circulation, muscle stimulation, and reduces tension in the back, neck and shoulders. The "healing effects" provide deep relaxation and encourages overall well-being.
